I rate my work at Bravo at 10 out of 10 for enjoyment. To me, it isn't work. It is sheer self-indulgence and I sincerely believe that is achievable in a job for each and every one of us. I love helping people to understand and value themselves, respect and value differences in others, identify opportunities, as well as create and refine strategies - utilising tools and techniques to make dreams happen.
For more than 16 years, Rosemary has successfully delivered outplacement, career coaching and professional career development to a wide range of executives, technical specialists, support and industrial staff, across all sectors and industries. Her earlier background includes human resources management, marketing and business analysis.

I learnt from my mentors, early in my consulting career, that, in order to be present for my clients, I needed to do my own work first. Today, people refer to it as being authentic. When companies and organisations invite you in to their lives, it is a privilege that needs to be honoured - anything less than your best sells you short. I work with great people who constantly reinforce this for me on a daily basis.
Dale has worked in career and management consulting for more than 20 years and his key focus is working with organisations to manage change and achieve the best through their people. Recently, he's been particularly involved in helping organisations develop a broader understanding of career and how to leverage this when developing brand.

I have been privileged - indeed blessed - to have met over 5000 individuals in Melbourne since 1999, who have come to me for advice and strategy on their careers and with job-hunting. I have never really considered my profession as "a job"; it is what I love to do and a reflection of who I am as an individual. I think this is how you define a career. Scott has devoted the last 15 years of his career to advancing the career management industry in Australia. He has consulted with the two largest private companies, playing a significant role in rebranding one, whilst developing a second from start-up. He enjoys working with executives and professionals alike to help them achieve their personal best. Scott believes real careers happen when people align their skills, interests and values with their professions. When you discover your mission, you will feel its demand. It will fill you with enthusiasm and a burning desire to get to work on it. - Clement StoneView Less
